Most of the recipes you will find here are tried, tweaked and tested on numerous ocassions and like all good creations they are never quite finished and will always need a little more tweaking. Many have been kindly donated by my dear friend Mrs Hattie Loops who has spent a lifetime tinkering with recipes and baking the most exceptional cakes.
